Cancellation Policy -
Because Time Travelers Club is a small-group immersive learning experience with individualized preparation, materials, and take-home projects created in advance for each student, reserved spots are important for planning and supplies.
Drop-In Sessions
• Cancellations made 7 or more days before the session are eligible for a full refund.
• Cancellations made 2–6 days before the session are eligible for class credit toward a future session.
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session are non-refundable.
Monthly Enrollment ($150)
Monthly enrollment reserves your child’s place for all four sessions. Once the session block has begun, tuition is generally non-refundable due to reserved spots, lesson preparation, and materials.

If a student is sick or there are extenuating circumstances, families are encouraged to reach out. When possible, make-up opportunities or take-home project alternatives may be offered
