Facility Details
Maitland Community Park is a scenic, tree-filled 25-acre park offering a variety of recreational amenities. These include rentable tennis courts, two indoor racquetball courts, basketball courts, two playgrounds, a half-mile walking trail, a 600-foot boardwalk, an indoor meeting room, and three outdoor pavilions available for rent. Restrooms and a concession stand are located inside the community building near the center of the park.
The primary vehicle entrance is located on Mayo Avenue. An additional pedestrian entrance is available at the corner of Arapaho Trail and Thunderbird Trail.

The Maitland Community Park office is open:
- Monday–Saturday: 8:00 a.m.–8:00 p.m.
- Sunday: 8:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.
Although the office closes at 6:00 p.m. on Sundays, outdoor park facilities remain open and accessible until 8:00 p.m.
