** Inflatable Policy: No inflatables allowed at Pavilion #3 due to space requirements.
** Rental Rules and Regulations:
Renters are responsible for following all park rules and regulations. The City of Maitland may assess cleanup fees or invoice the responsible group for costs resulting from rule violations, damage, or failure to clean the rental area properly.
Rentals must remain within the approved reservation period. All activities must end by the time listed on the permit.
Decorating, setup, breakdown, and cleanup must occur within the reserved time.
All activities must be properly controlled and supervised.
Charging admission or collecting fees from guests at an outdoor City facility is prohibited.

Provide adequate adult supervision for all children’s functions.
Loud or excessive noise that may disturb other park users is prohibited.
Alcohol is not permitted anywhere on park property.
Solicitation and sales are prohibited on park property.
Remove all decorations at the end of the event.
Place all trash in the provided receptacles.
Do not tape, pin, staple, nail, or otherwise attach decorations to the pavilion structure. You may secure decorations with string only, and you must remove all string after the rental. Glitter and confetti are prohibited.
Motor vehicles must remain in designated parking areas. Carry all supplies and equipment to the pavilion.
Animals must remain leashed and under the owner’s control at all times.
All vendors must receive advance approval from a Parks and Recreation supervisor.
Personal grills are prohibited. Cooking is permitted only on City-provided grills, when available.
Water slides and water balloons are prohibited.
Cancellation fees and refunds are administered as follows:
- Cancellations made 30 or more days before the rental are subject to a 25% cancellation fee.
- Cancellations made 14–29 days before the rental are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
- We will not accept refund requests fewer than 14 days before the rental.
We will not issue refunds due to inclement weather unless the City cancels the rental because the park is closed.

** Permit Revocation:
The City of Maitland reserves the right to revoke an approved permit at any time if the application contains a misrepresentation or false statement, the renter fails to comply with an applicable policy or permit condition, or continuation of the activity may endanger park patrons or visitors.
