Every owner or operator of an inboard or outboard motor vessel operating upon any waterway, either partially or wholly within the corporate limits of the city, is required to pay the city a user fee to offset the cost of patrolling and maintaining city lakes and waterways. Day Passes are available as an option for boaters who would like access to Maitland lakes for a single day and are available for purchase through this system by clicking the green "Reserve" button on this screen. Upon completion of your purchase, a receipt will be emailed to the email address that is registered through this system. A copy of this email receipt must be presented upon request to a lake patrol officer on either a cell phone, a tablet, or a laptop on the vessel in question. Should you have any further questions please feel free to contact Maitland Parks and Recreation at 407-875-2848. Thank you
Note:
Please note that this pass grants you access to the waterways and lakes in Maitland only and does not guarantee vehicle parking availability at Ft. Maitland (a City of Maitland boat launching facility) or any other site. Securing legal vehicle parking is the responsibility of each boat owner. Additionally, should you wish to park at Ft. Maitland Park with your boat trailer, please be aware that there is a separate additional parking fee for boat trailer parking on Saturdays or Sundays at this facility which is not included with the purchase of this Day Boating Pass. You must pay this parking fee via an online system by scanning a QR Code at the Ft. Maitland parking facility.
