Facility Details
Named in honor of former public servant and Maitland Mayor Jim Houser, who served from 1970 to 1978, this 1.5-acre park offers a peaceful setting shaded by mature oak trees. The park was renovated and rededicated in his honor in 2015 with enhanced landscaping, benches, and walkways.
The park is open daily from 8:00 a.m. to sunset. Parking is limited to two vehicle spaces, with additional bicycle parking available.
