Note:

Use of the ramp for motorized vessels is limited to those who have a valid City of Maitland boat pass. Boat passes are separate from the parking fee for Ft. Maitland Park and are required for motorized vessels that wish to use any lake in the City of Maitland. All non-motorized boats are permitted to utilize any City of Maitland lake free of charge. Annual boat passes must be purchased in person at the Maitland Community Park at 1400 Mayo Ave. between 8am and 8pm Mon.-Sat. and 8am and 6pm on Sundays (with the exception of office closures on certain holidays). Should you wish to purchase an annual boating pass, please be sure to bring your drivers license and a copy of your valid boat registration with you. Day passes for single use are also available and may be purchased online through this website (simply choose "boat passes" from the menu options at the top of this screen to purchase a day boating pass).
